An order of Arachnoidea having the palpi terminated by large
claws, as in the scorpions, but destitute of a caudal sting;
the false scorpions. Called also {Pseudoscorpii}, and
{Pseudoscorpionina}. See Illust. of {Book scorpion}, under
Book.
